Peacehaven Double Glazing Units
We manufacture our double-glazed sealed units in our workshops using top quality materials and machinery to ensure a high quality product. We cater for all size and thickness of double-glazed units using clear, patterned, toughened and laminated glass.
A double-glazed sealed window comprises of two panes of glass. These two panes are held apart by a spacer bar which provides an air gap in between each pane which is sealed around the perimeter.
We can replace old, misted up/broken down double-glazed units or upgrade your existing double glazing to the modern standards using K glass (heat reflective) or Argon Gas filled units.
High quality double-glazed units will significantly reduce the intrusion of unwanted noises as well as better insulate your property, helping to save on fuel bills. Glass is a good conductor of heat. The air gap between the two panes of a double-glazed unit reduces the heat conduction. This helps to insulate your home during the winter and less solar heat during the summer.
